When does concrete need repair?
An inspection is recommended when cracks, honeycombing, spalling, exposed reinforcement or recurring deterioration appear. The correct repair method depends on the root cause, not only the visible defect.
Are all concrete cracks structural?
No. Cracks have different causes and levels of significance. Their location, direction, width, movement and the condition of the element should be assessed before treatment is selected.
